AI Video Analysis and Coaching for Creators
CCCAI looks at your video and gives clear coaching for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram creators, helping you understand its opening, message, structure and visuals.
What the analysis covers
Standard feedback focuses on the parts of a video that shape whether people stay and understand it:
- Your opening and how quickly it earns attention
- Title ideas that fit what the video delivers
- How your video flows from start to finish
- What appears on screen and how clearly it comes across
- An overall assessment and a short list of priorities
- Relevant comparisons, when they are available
Upload a compatible video file, including MP4, MOV or WebM, within the limits shown in the upload screen. Public information is available without an account; personal uploads and saved results use the existing authenticated experience.
For accounts with analysis access, the process starts with a video file of 120 seconds or less. Once the upload finishes, CCCAI processes the saved file and saves the Standard assessment for you to revisit. Spoken videos receive feedback on what is said and how it comes across; videos without speech use a dedicated visual review.
This AI video analyser reviews your uploaded video, not your channel's audience analytics. Its scores assess the video. They do not measure how long people watched (audience retention and watch time) or how often they clicked (click-through rate).
The result is coaching you can act on, not a score to chase.
Visual feedback when nobody is speaking
Not every video has someone speaking. CCCAI can review what appears on screen in silent clips, videos set to music and other videos without speech.
What Standard does not do
Standard feedback is advice. It does not choose the best thumbnail picture from your video or tell you exactly when to make video edits.
AI Director
AI Director is a separate premium feature, available to accounts with access. Public checkout is not currently available. It suggests video edits for you to review and make yourself. Gemini also recommends thumbnail pictures from the part of your video reviewed.
For accounts with access, AI Director reviews the full source video and its audio, where present, up to 120 seconds. It can give video-specific script feedback, suggest a clearer opening or tighter wording, and explain filming and editing changes in time order. It is not a standalone script writer.
After a successful Director review, its recommended picture and any alternatives are saved in Thumbnail Coach. You can use the manual tools or ask AI to make a high-quality picture edit. Gemini chooses the original picture; OpenAI edits it, or your latest successful AI version, without choosing a different source.
To improve a thumbnail with AI, describe the change you want, such as a less distracting background. All suggested starting pictures share three total AI edit attempts per video, including dispatched attempts that fail. Manual adjustments do not use that AI allowance.
Its recommendations do not automatically cut or export your video. You stay in control of the final edit. Image edits are subject to the request limit shown in Thumbnail Coach.

Frequently asked questions
Does the feedback show how my viewers actually behaved?
No. It is AI feedback on your video, not real viewing figures from your channel. Use it as advice, not proof of what viewers did.
Can it give visual feedback if I do not speak in the video?
Yes. Dedicated visual feedback can assess what is visible in the video even when there is no creator speech.
Are editing recommendations the same as automatic editing?
No. Recommendations tell you what to consider changing. They do not automatically cut, edit or export your video.
Which AI suggests source frames?
Only Gemini suggests source frames in AI Director. Standard feedback does not choose thumbnail frames.
Can I edit a frame manually or with Sunburst?
After a successful eligible Director run, you can adjust its saved suggested frame manually or explicitly request a high-quality Sunburst image edit, where available. Later AI edits use the latest successful generated image; revisiting saved suggestions does not start another Gemini run.
Is AI Director available now?
AI Director requires a separate video unlock, where available for your account. Public checkout is not currently available. Image edits are subject to the request limit shown in Thumbnail Coach.
Can I analyse a YouTube video by pasting its link?
The creator upload form takes a compatible video file, not a YouTube link. The file must be no longer than two minutes. Personal analysis requires account access; signing up does not guarantee immediate access. The public guest demo is read-only.
Will the analysis show why viewers stop watching?
It can flag an unclear opening or slow pacing in the video, but it cannot observe viewers leaving. To see where people actually stop watching, use your platform's viewing figures, such as YouTube Studio. CCCAI's feedback helps you decide what to try, not prove what viewers did.
